Macro bootstrap

macro_rules! bootstrap {
    ($ty:ty) => { ... };
}

Available on crate feature bootstrap only.

This macro can be used to integrate with the [scuffle_bootstrap] ecosystem.

This macro will implement the [scuffle_bootstrap::config::ConfigParser] trait for the given type. The generated implementation uses the parse_settings function to parse the settings.
